I really was disappointed!! The bus was pretty dirty but the the busdriver was worse. At one stop he kicked my baggage out of the bus and was angry with me because apparently my backpack had no tag with the destination on it. He acted more than rediculous after I showed him the tag which was already on my baggage. He just said that I should get a new one. He was totally unfriendly and I think that's not how it should be because first I did anything wrong and second I paid money for the trip so I can expect that I am treated well. Do not want to ride with Greyhound again!!
The bus is almost overbooked. There passenger putting their things on the available seat to occupied 2 seats. I have to asked the passenger to move her things away in order to have a seat.
First of all no info availble even after 1 hour delay of the bus, not online nor on the helpdesk. Lack of information about the ticket confirmation in the email conformation as the Greyhound ticket counter is not present at Union Station. Thanks to that I had to anyway go to to Greyhound Station in LA and rebook the bus, so I had to take another bus, 2 hours later and arrived to SF at noon instead of at 8am. I had only a limited time in SF because of my flight in the evening. Not happy with the support, lack of information and late bus.
Awful service. No staff was at the pick up location. No one was updated when the bus was over 2 hours late. Then were informed we somehow had missed the bus that we were all sitting waiting for.
The worst experience in my life. The bus supposed to leave at 10 pm and they sold more tickets than possible, so I took the bus at midnight and arrived 3 hours late. Never more.
horrendous. 3 hours late for all buses (about 8 buses), i asked why they were late. i was told to speak to customer service. she refused to explain to me. 2 staff were helpful, the rest were just frustrating and useless. 2nd awful experience within a week with greyhound
we were 1:15h late, many stops and rudeness (open the lights on and speak loud in the mic in the middle of the night), there is no enough space inside (uncomfortable), the wifi connection was poor and the was shaking a lot!
today has become a 12 hour ordeal going from los angeles to san francisco... I got to the greyhound station at 7:30am, my bus was delayed over 3 hours & it's 8pm now we are still not to san francisco yet
My only complaints are the price and the bathroom, but mainly the price. The cabins and seats were excellent and clean. Considering it was right after the New Year, a few minutes delay wasn't bad at all.
The bus was 4 hours late with no explanation or any excuse from the driver. The driver then stuck the bus in the middle of nowhere, we had then to wait for a toll truck to help us. We arrived in SF at 4 am instead of 9pm! This is a shame!
Bus was dirty and seats in disrepair. The suspension needs attention, and the toilet smelt. The drivers speed alarmed passengers. Could not recommend this service to anyone.
