I paid for a ticket route las vegas to los angeles and on the printed ticket it had an address 99 S MLK which is north Vegas. I get there 30 minutes prior to departure. Waited till 15 minutes after its scheduled departure. Called the company and they responded that they no longer pick up there as of Dec 2021. My ride was for apr 8 2022. Please guys pay extra and avoid this line of transportation.
Worst greyhound ride I’ve ever been on. The driver took an extra stop and delayed all of the stops. He was rude and didn’t even help get the bags out of the bus. I hope he gets fired for how awful he was
Crew was awful in handling issue. They made us stand with heavy bags for 30 mins just to tell us we have delayed by 2 hours. After that they made us stand again 40 mins before boarding with lot of confusion in the air.
Bad service. No notification email sent to passenger regard bus cancellation. Passenger wasted their time long waiting at the terminal. Need an answer from Greyhound why bus did not show up on 26th Dec 5:05pm at terminal.
Just thought a white girl/woman sitting near blacks in da bus weren't aware of the recent "electricity outlet dispute for future possible mishalves should still have much anger on both "race" cuz was not a settled dispute!
The bus driver left me and two other passengers at the Barstow Station and they took our luggage. We had to pay for other ticket in other company and can’t find my luggage. It’s really urgent to get my luggage because there’s my passport in it
The driver on the trip 9/15/19 @10pm was all over the road, not sure if it was windy but it was a very bumpy ride. also driver did not make the usual 10-15 min stop for those to get water or take a smoke break. arrived in LA 30 min or so ahead of time. also when arrived driver open bus bottom so passengers could get their bags but driver did not retrieve luggage, passengers had to get own bags from under bus. not safe for those that do not work for the company.
The drive and the ride in it’s self wasn’t bad. The missed opportunity was due to the lack of cool air throughout the vehicle. When walking towards the front it felt cool, however the back of the bus was extremely uncomfortable. I was in shorts and a tank top and the conditions were still somewhat unbearable.
Horrible service, no No restroom, no stops at Barstow or any other place for food or even water. The bus driver didnt want food or drink on the bus, but it was a 6 hour ride in the Summer in the day time, with a malfunctioning A/C in 100 degree weather. A pregant woman, Kids and elderly were among the passengers. Driver bearly spoke english, but talk on his cell phone while driving and swerving on the fwy. No wi fi or power ourlets either. It was horrible...I called Go Bus and was hung up on. Horrible!! Deserves zero stars. Glad to have survived this ordeal.
Greyound is a miserable organization, the company and its employees treat customers like prison inmates. Drivers barking out instructions that are threatening and beligerent. The bus stinks like a urinal, the entire trip. This company should be shut down, it's only function is 2 harass people.
The only the driver didn’t speak English clearly so we were confused if we were going to stop for a bathroom break, and when we finally did we didn’t know it it was 10 min 20 min.
Other then the language barrier he is kind and sweet.
The bus didn’t have outlets or WiFi as advertised. I would have chosen another bus if I had known. The driver didn’t apologize or explain why. The ride was bumpy and uncomfortable as the shuttle was shaky.
Bus was late because the bus driver didn't know where she was going and kept getting lost, she just kept laughing with the people down the front, wasn't the nicest driver or the worst we have seen.
The bus and timewising were relatively great with $9 fare. Don’t expect neighbor who has commom sense. Some of them are less educated and bother the others a lot. A LOT. Still could deal on that since I paid $9 only for long distance trip.
Bus was supposed to depart at 12:01 am but was delayed to 6:45 am without information, and after I boarded around 7am, I had to wait until 8am for the bus to be boarded with other passengers and finally depart. One of the worst experiences ever
Very bad. The driver diz not appear so I had to go to airport and renta car at 3am. Otherwise I Would lose my flight um Los Angeles.
I asked my Money back and they did not give.
But I still want my Money back
