Ride was comfortable but a passenger had a gun. Didn't know until he got off was tucked in the back. He leaned over and seen it his black Levi jacket was hiding it.
Even though they were late I didn’t mind, it was such a comfy ride I honestly can’t complain! It was a very smooth trip I definitely recommend this bus. Also since I didn’t speak Spanish a worker helped me with what I needed I was very grateful:)
Great bus service. This was my and my partner's first time using a bus instead of a plane and it was very comfortable. The station was in a somewhat dodgy location at first glance but the staff and passengers were nothing but courteous. Plus, the tickets were very affordable, especially considering the short notice.
Ride was ok. Bus wasn’t full. No kids crying. Did not get a new head linen cover and it was a bit smelly. Overall, I appreciated the cost the ride was comfortable.
I didn’t like how I was never informed ahead of time. That our bus was leaving until 10:30 a not at 8:30 as scheduled. I was told there and then. An email or phone call should of been made to us ahead of time.
I was very upset that my bus left 4 hours after the time is was scheduled to leave. When I question the staff about the information no one had an answer or update on the buses location. After questioning the 3rd agent he was smart enough to call to get an update and figured out the status of the bus. Although the lateness of the bus was a big convince to my life for the day with having to miss work and all and the Wi-Fi not working. It still was a nice comfy bus.
delayed for hours due to a broken belt that the driver inquired with the mechanic who said it was no issue--it was an issue to arrive several hours later then expected....disappointing.
