Solid overall experience just didn’t enjoy having to wait over two hours for the bus to come the ride was easy and smooth though! The driver explained the reason for his lateness as well which I appreciated.
Driver was loudly talking on the phone for at least 1.5 hr. Felt like the bus was a little wobbly during that time. Had to stop under an underpass for the driver to use the restroom.
The trip was horrible. Left 40 minutes late because they didn’t have a driver. Then the bus broke down and we waited for 6 hours in below freezing temperatures for a substitute bus to arrive. Got to Dallas 6 hours late.
Ticketing equipments don't work. Line was too slow. Delay in departure and additional delay to arrival. Other customers comment on the delay issue. We were told the driver was late
The bus was late for more than a hour, the staff was unable to explain the situation. However, I am satisfy of the trip. Yes make sure the bus to not to be late.
Bus can be cleaner.
The individual air vents were not working properly and it was unfortabke and drafty. Had to try 7 seven seats before finding one I could semi close
Well, I git to the bus terminus in time. It was going to be a day long trip. So I decided to leave my car at the terminus parking lot. As we got ready to board, the driver cane to me to say my car was parked at the supervisor's spot and that it would be towed before i get back. I asked him to let me get a spot on the bus before going to re park my car, but he said no. By the time I got to my car, the bus was pulling out of the terminus. So I missed my bus. They said i would pay $20 to get on the next bus which I had no qualms with, but the next bus was not until about 8am by which time I was to be reporting to my interview in Dallas. Eventually, I missed my opportunity of the job interview thanks to greyhound.
