There was a man on the bus playing very loud music, shouting, singing aloud not fit for traveling. The drivers did nothing.
Most was fine, was very happy with the steward keeping the bus clean. Aircon was not working, so it was hot in the night. Would like to have better and precise announcements of available time in the breaks, for going to toilettes, smoking, shopping.
Overall our bus ride was just fine. The bus was comfortable and they even handed out some small snacks. The border crossings were straight forward. It was a busy holiday weekend so the lines at the border were long, although we did jump one cue. We arrived over an hour late, but understandably so. The only thing that would have been helpful is if the staff had informed us when they thought we would arrive so we could notify the party waiting for us. The other issue is that we tried to confirm our tickets at the counter before the day of departure but was told that they could not do that. I don't understand how the bus driver can have all of our details but the counter people do not. It was a bit stressful waiting to make sure we were actually on the bus, but worked out fine. The counter people should be able to check who is on the bus.
The bus was good but the 180 of the sit us not exactly 180, is less. Second the WiFi didn’t work, as well as the electricity points and last and most important, the driver was really authoritarian and somehow rude and not polite.
The bus was very cold the entire trip. Even after people told the staff we were freezing they did not do anything about it. The food was dry and without taste. We did not get blankets either. The bingo session was really annoying.
The toilets on board were disgusting. No paper or hand soap.
The bus did not look clean - crumbs and dirt on our seats.
Bus was a bit delayed but it was due to police checks.
I never had such a bad experience in a bus. The girl in the andesmar desk in the station was extremely rude,the bus was late both leaving and arriving.But the worst part ,the aircondition was leaking right above our heads it was impossible to seat and we couldn't change seats because they were all full.We wraped a towel around it but still not effective.Bad bad experience.Avoid!
Du retard au départ (15 mn) et à l'arrivée (+ 1 h 30) ; pas d'eau dans les toilettes ; air conditionné insuffisant et en panne en fin de parcours alors que la température ext. augmentait.
The day od travel the weather was bad - it poured rain almost all day way through to Bariloche. All front seats at the upper deck were affected with water dripping from everywhere onto the passengers. The staff when notified, tried to prove that if one sits in a certain position, will not be affected by water - ridiculous, especially on a 7+ hours ride.
It was also very cold on the bus but even when the staff was asked to put the heating on, that was not done.
Comfortable bus ride. Heat set good. Noisy window like wind whistling through it some though. Bus drivers helpful although no English spoken so we were kinda lost at the border crossing but just followed others.
The bus was late, and the office was closed so I didn't know if it was late or cancelled. I bought another ticket for the last bus leaving the same morning, and it finally arrived at the same time as my new bus. I understand buses are late, but at least have someone at the terminal to confirm the bus is not cancelled.
Great service, we arrived late but it's a border crossing so I was expecting that. Snacks and coffee were served, seats were comfortable leather and sir conditioning worked great. I was super impressed.
The toilet didn't work, we went to the garage without the chauffeurs telling us what was going on. There was no food, and the airco didnt work at the end of the bus ride.
The bus it self was okay, but the service was terrible
I suggest being careful about the washroom cleanness. We "the passengers" are the reason why we arrive 40 mins late at Puerto Madryn, we "all" got off the bus in every stop and spent time forcing the trip to run late.
Not great. Bus was old, no charging ports for the phone, dinner was pretty abject and breakfast was a couple of biscuits from the morning until the bus arrived 3 hours late into Mendoza, with no chance to buy other food on the way. And this for the same price as a flight. Cannot recommend and will avoid from now on in Argentina!
Bus was late and we had to change 30 minutes into the journey with no explanation or apology. For what ended up being a 15 hours journey, we had two small cakes and no opportunity to use the toilet for solids.
