After some Confusion regarding what line my bus was coming into which wasn't made clear by the help desk or bus terminal, I missed my first bus. After waiting a few hours I managed to get on the 2.15 bus now problem.
your bus did not even stop when i am waiting on the motorway I want to be refunded because your service is terrible. the bus was late and there was another bus that arrived at 5:15 so when your bus arrived there was no space at the stop because there is only space for one bus.
Taking Avanza was fabulous. I saw much more of the Spanish countryside than I could by train. Bus is the way to go and the Avanza bus was efficient, modern and comfortable.
I was very impressed to see my booking on the driver's list, especially when I had only booked the previous evening, The coach was comfortable and the times of departure from Terminal 4 and arrival at Salamanca kept very closely to the scheduled times.
My ticket from Marbella to San Pedro de Alcantara didn’t include any information about the route (number or the final destination of the route). As far as there were 3 busses departing the same time and no one with my destination as the final destination it was difficult for me to understand hat bus should I get. It was very nervous challenge.
Didn't mind waiting about 10 minutes more and the journey was excellent. However, I had carefully chosen and booked seats at the front of the bus but two people had taken them at a prior stop and would not vacate them. We had to sit much further down the bus.
Bus was slightly late due to heavy traffic around Madrid. Maybe the schedulers need to build in a bit more time at this point in the day, as hardly the fault of the bus driver.
I missed my bus from Zaragoza at 09:30 because the train from Vigo was delayed and they made me pay the full amount to catch the next bus at 15:00 even though there were plenty of space!!
My trip was excellent as usual. My only problem was that my flight was delayed and when I asked the lady in the ticket office if I could transfer my ticket she said no I had to buy a new one. Usually if my flight is delayed the drivers are ok with me using a ticket for an earlier bus. The bus wasn’t full so it shouldn’t have been a problem. That is my only complaint.
Not a bad experience at all, was a little late on arrival but still good. Was forced to put my hand luggage in the hold, which I didn't like, it contained cameras, but apart from that everything was good.
The trip was wonderful the bus was clean. I thought the driver was a bit harsh...no taking off shoes, no food, sit with seatbelt all the time.
It is a night drive and people want to feel comfortable...and relaxed.
The only problem I had with this bus service was that when we arrived at the airport the terminal was not announced and I thought I had missed my stop. Over all I had a great journey, enjoyed the film and music.The seats were comfortable , the coach was clean and the charging point was available for use unlike others bus services.
