The actual bus ride was just fine. Waiting an extra two hours in the pouring rain was truly unacceptable. I will not use this service again unless I find myself penniless.
During the trip the bus was stuck in traffic. The driver did a u-turn on the highway over a dirt island to turn around which was very unsafe. Also, to catch up on time the driver was going very fast.
The bus never showed up, no one contacted us saying it was not coming. My credit card was charged. I received an email confirmation from the company. We missed our flight and are contacting an attorney.
Great Trip, I usually use the Greyhound but they cancelled it last minute. I found this as an alternative and will now be using going forward. So much more efficient and cleaner
I am completely dissatisfied with their behavior in the matter of me leaving Naples on August 14, I called several times to see why the bus was late. Several times I was given very vague reasons as to why the bus was late, and that the bus would arrive shortly.
After waiting for over 2 hrs and three phone calls to find out about my bus, it took a 4th phone call to find out that I was stranded. I had to incur another charge of 30.00$ to take an Uber back to my friends house. Thankfully I had somewhere to stay.
Due to this , I lost a day of work, which cost me roughly 150.00$.. I had to hire the dog walker again, and that incurred another 45$ in expenses, due to my bus company not getting me home. Late is acceptable but stranding me at 10:45PM without any sort of compensation, is
I had to demand that they put me on a bus home the day after, what kind of customer service is this.
Had a ticket printing issue, spoke with customer service who told me the driver would have my details. The driver did not and the second service representative was terrible and not helpful at all.
Bad experience with the people who work in that company, they arrived 1 hour late to pick me up, and outside of that they didn't want to let me get on the bus. Definitely bad attention.
The driver did not speak any English, I was not aware the bus stopped first at Fort Lauderdale and I got off at this stop thinking it was Miami which the driver could not confirm due to his lack of english
Had a really great ride from Naples to Miami Intl Airport with a wonderful busdriver! #3703
I wish I had been able to take the Greyhound from Miami to Naples instead of renting a car since I was quite tired after a long flight from Sweden (arrived 2pm) so yes, please more departures! I'm a new and total fan of Greyhound :) (only negative was toilet that could be cleaner, smelled of urine unfortunately)
The bus ride would have been great if the smell coming from the bathroom wouldn’t have been so strong.
The drive was pleasant but the driver was not. I reallly don’t understand why the 1st seats on the right cannot be occupied... this is a regular practice from all drivers, they place their personals items on those seats and costumers cannot used them. At the end of the trip I had to crawl down to other end of the bus to retrieved my luggage, because the driver wouldn’t open both sides of the luggage’s doors even though I asked if he could. This is unacceptable and potentially a leable to greyhound. Drivers should help costumers take out their luggage, specially if they are placed deep within the bus.
The driver was very courteous and helped with the bags! He did not fail to make sure all passengers wore their seatbelts. The van was not very new, but it was clean and well kept.
The bus was great yet it Arribes 30 minutes late to the gas station to pick people Up even tío de dos make it onym 15 mins late to the arrival at miami
Well, first of all, this is not the first time I choose and travel with red line rather than greyhound, and pay more ($50) for the one and only reason, that usually, we get a comfortable bus ride with all the trimmings! But this time, for that same price, I got a van doing pick ups here and there, dropping me at the regency hotel in Miami, where, then, I had to take another shuttle to the airport, which cost me another $10, so yes, next time I will think twice before going red line! Sorry
