More support for people coming from other countries and that are not always able to speak well. They have payed their tickets the same price and deserves attention. My friend from from France felt totally ignored

so i ordered another ride in 4.40pm and hoping to reach key west beautiful road at sunlight.i cross the city to arive the station on time but when i arived to the station i was surprising to reveal that the ride will take me back to miami and we will wait 1.30 hour to another ride. eventually i give up on that ride. payed twice and didn't use the ticket.
i was traveling with another company in the next day and its was perfect. hope someone will contact me or something because for now im just disappointed for i heard good things about greyhound and expect for more.
The bus driver was so nice and friendly. We got to the destination on time. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. Will use your services again! 5 stars
The bus had no bathroom as written in my reservation. The arrival was scheduled one hour before what it actually did. Luckily the driver was the nicest person ever, and helped us making a 15 minutes stop to let us eat and go to the bathroom.
The seats are soft and large enough for adult, however, they lack maintenance and are unadjustable to lay back, which is uncomfortable for a long travel.
Finding the bus station was not very easy, because there were no signs given. The bus was always late and they changed the time for the way back to 30minutes later as planned just when we arrived in Key West.
On the way back it was very cold because the AC was running all the time.
Receiving a bottle of water for every trip was nice!
