There was some delay when we reached Ft Lauderdale but it wasn’t the driver’s fault. Rather he was been overly patient and courteous with a customer who was waiting for someone else traveling in the same bus.
The driver was terrible. Several hard stops and starts. His driving caused the bus to sway like it was top heavy. He didn't speak much and was difficult to understand. The bus had lots of metal rattles and noises. The electrical outlet did not work.
Communication with Red Coach was difficult, answers unclear and it seemed like nobody knew what was happening. Some people gave up and left. I barely made it back to the stop after taking a bathroom break just before the bus finally arrived. 2 hours!!
He was late but due to heavy traffic and crazy re-routing of traffic lanes due to clean-up from the Super Bowl. He did a masterful job of working around the problems and always seemed to pick the right lanes to make up for lost time. I cannot fault him for being late to my pick-up point and by the time we arrived in Naples we were practically back on schedule.
The ride was nice and the driver was very good. No electric on the left side of the bus so I couldn’t charge my phone. Had to change seats. No WiFi password was given and I was visiting from
Overseas. Seats were quite beat up. But service was efficient. Left on time and arrived 20 minutes late but not bad at all.
Pls make sure ur staff good English. This my 1st time going to Naples I really don’t know where maple n how it looks they.. the driver took me to fgcu I paid $30 to Uber to come back Naples al bcoz the driver don’t understand English n I don’t know Spanish
I missed my 8am bus because there is no information on the change of stations from north miami beach to the gas station. I had to wait 3 hours to get on the next bus because of misinformation, tickets should be modified with new address and passangers informed about this. There were a few other people that had the same issue. We didn’t get any feedback at all from any greyhound staff . Very disappointed, missed my appointment and got to my destination almost 5 hours later.
The ride was so smooth and comfortable, I didn’t even realize we were behind schedule. But honestly, no harm at all was done. The bus driver welcomed all of us with a friendly face and very respectable and positive energy. I enjoyed my trip!
