My Jet Set Express experience was a good one. The check-in process was smooth, the bus was clean and was acceptably on time. I will definitely use them again!
the bus broke down in West Palm Beach, and they didn't give us any solution, I had a very important meeting in Orlando and I had to hire an Uber that cost me $173. the worst experience
I was standing at the bus stop location and bus never showed up. I was at the airport at 6am, the bus was supposed to be there or leave at 7:15am. I walked a round the whole airport looking for that bus and I never left to Orlando
I'm a frequent with greyhound and it is unfortunate that CDC guidelines as far as hygiene are not being met. I had a ride with people coughing and not having on their masks the entire ride. Please help in correcting this.
Terrible service. The counter agent told us we would leave at 11pm and not at 9:50pm which is the one we had paid for. She provided no explanation and was very rude when questioned. Once the bus left, it broke down after 20 minutes. We waited about an hour for another bus and didn’t arrive in Orlando until 5:30am when we were supposed to have arrived at 3:35am. Just a horrible experience altogether. Never again using greyhound.
Bait n Switch Pay for Coach... Get Below Standard... No Reclining Seats. No Working power sockets. Not Same Bus I Paid For. The RED COACH Bus Driver said That Bus He Arrived In...
(Bus With Reclining Seats) was not the Bus Headed to Orlando.
That the Bus ment for Orlando... Was Late due to cleaning and Refueling.
I wonder how much Money it would take to ride first Class Only To Have A Below Standard
Bus Be an 1.5 Hrs Late.
Hence the Bait n Switch.
I think Switching to your competitors.
No place to sit while waiting in the sun. Slow boarding. Seats, although comfortable, were not the ones I expected from my online search (no foot rest). Power outlet had no power. Ride was comfortable.
The drive is só friendly
But the bus it’s to old and was freezing inside and the seats
Not work at all is very uncomfortable the bottom on the side don’t go down 😏
Our bus driver was a bit rude and blunt towards the people on board, it was also hard to understand him at times. There was no wifi or bathroom available on board, luckily the driver pulled over to a service centre. The USB ports were damaged also. Other than that, it was a smooth trip and it wasn’t too late to pick and drop off.
First the driver was rude and had an attitude with all the customers because the heater was on all the time and the AC was not working. We got off the bus and we spent 120 getting on another bus company because I was getting dease and a headache, I really thought I was not going to make it to Orlando. The driver was not helpful at all, we took the decision to change company. I would not take one of your buses again, and I would not recommend it to anybody, very disappointed.
The power plugs didn’t work at all. Not one of them. Also, the description says that movie will be shown but in actuality no movie is playing. I wouldn’t advertise that if it isn’t actually true.
The bus was cold, it had internet and the seats moved back. Will be taking this bus again in the future to go to Orlando again. The only thing I can complain about is the wifi was slow
The toilet on the bus was out of order resulting in a long journey. The driver did stop at a service station on route. My seat did not recline either. The bus was operated by a different carrier not a coach run bus
There were construction on the adress receive by e-mail (North Miami Beach - 16000 NW 7th Avenue), I spend 40$ to take a Uber to the right adress after call your support phone number to obtain it. But it was too late and we miss the bus.
The bus was very clean and comfortable but in the middle of the drive there was water coming from the air conditioning on me (not drops, a lot of water) and the bus was full and there was nothing to do about it.
The driver was kind and professional, the bus was clean and comfortable. We left on time and we arrived even a bit earlier at Orlando.
Just the AC was too strong for me.
The only issue was that we had to switch buses, made us like 20-30 mins late I think. But after switching on to the second bus it was a bit more comfy. So overall everything was pretty good.
Poor driver the air conditioning brokedown he tried to ring his supervisor no one answered so he had to drive on the door became faulty he had no other option but to drive on I felt sorry for him
Ticket was for schedule which not existed anymore no information before us well no information about new location of bus station which was patrol station on another side of crossroads. ..
