The bus was on time, that’s the only positive thing I can say.
BUT my flight was late so I missed the bus. I had to pay $20 to reissue the ticket, The Greyhound attendant wouldn’t take my boarding pass to check and see that my flight was indeed delayed.
Greyhound need to do Airport pickup like Redcoach. It was a 30 minute Uber ride to the terminal.
-The bus was noisy from passengers LOUD phones.
-The seats are too small (I’m only 125lbs), the guy next to me had his elbow in my side every few minutes, I had to constantly tell him about this and then he had his leg on my chair too, like he wasn’t aware of himself.
The driver seemed like he was tired because we kept swerving. He doesn’t seem like he likes his job either because from the boarding phase he was grumpy.
A passenger was smoking on that bus, even though the driver said no smoking.
The internet went down for the last 2 hours of the ride. I live in the Caribbean and don’t roam my phone. Had to wait to get in to the terminal to get my Uber. Other passengers asked the driver about the WiFi and he offered no help at all he said “I don’t know”.
I’ve rode RedCoach. This is my first time on Greyhound. I was not impressed. Next time I will pay the extra money and go RedCoach.
The driver was courteous and polite... he explained procedures and even told people what letter their bus was leaving at in Orlando when got closer to the Orlando location
The Bus driver was very very good. He was an incredibly kind man and took great care of all of the passengers. Even to the point that he was giving out water and snacks to the passengers. He, also, was very concerned about the passengers of other buses which came to him asking for help. He helped them as best he could and still kept his own bus on schedule.
The bus driver was very nice, and drove with extreme caution and I enjoyed her caring nature for me and my comfort. But the 2 hour delay to get on the bus was horrific. No bathroom services except for the portable bathroom outside. Very disappointed, will not travel greyhound again..
Everything was great! The only thing that annoyed me was the people in front of me not putting their seat up so o could get into mine, but that’s not the bus company fault
I Really Enjoy the ride to Orlando, Agent in Fortlaurdedale was very kind..and polite also the bus driver was kind and Polite also am very please I will ride the grayhound once more..Thanks Greyhound for getting me home safe to Orlando Florida..
Staff at station in Fort Lauderdale seemed rude and made no announcements that bus would be over an hour late. However once bus arrived the driver was very good. He made sure all on bus followed rules. Good driver
The bus driver didn't want us to board the bus because according to him our names were not included in the manifest. Inspite of showing him our tickets with the correct names, date and time. He allowed us to board in the end after making us go back and forth the ticketing office and after I insisted that we have the tickets required. He asked us to wait on the side and allowed everybody else to board first.
It was a great experience. There was a guy talking loudly on the phone the entire three hour ride sitting right behind me. I think some rules should be set for the consideration of other passengers; like keeping person phone conversation to a minimum. Other than that it was a great experience.
Guys , Bus & station should be clean .in new compitino world , unclean bus , terminal etc . Not good impression for new generation . Terminal counter guy answer full attitude .
The bus driver was nice but the reception guy was so rude and acted so mean to me it made no sense. The bus had a toilet which I appreciated very much. Other than the bad/mean customer service, this ride was nice.
Sadly, my greyhound experience, is one me and my family will want to forget. Our greyhound coach from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando left 1hr late. Even worst, our greyhound coach 1119 from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale, left just after its designated time of 7.15pm, and was expecting to arrive back at Fort Lauderdale at 12.20am. Sadly, the driver didn't know the route back and we got lost. We arrived at our destination over 2hrs later, at 02.30am. Not sure if I would use greyhound again, but I will be sure to share my experience.
Very disappointing. How can book my bus for 8.25pm and the bus came 1.03 am bcos the driver was sick and a whole big company do not have stand by drivers.
Loved the bus, the comfy seats and the extra legroom, even the footrests made for a very comfortable journey, the only criticism would be the lack of commentary from the driver advising where we were stopping and for how long so visitors know what to expect and where they are
I might add that it was disappointing there were was nowhere to sit while waiting for the bus in Fort Lauderdale, the bus stop was also in the sun and as we arrived an hour before the bus was due, the wait was uncomfortable.
The AC on the bus did not work for the first 90 minutes. Less then an hour after it was fixed the bus broke down on the side of the road. Another hour before another bus came to pick us up. We were told to disembark at the Redcoach station with no explanation. I took a taxi from there. Terrible ride
