Overall a good experience however I am glad I left some buffer room for the arrival to destination since we arrived at the destination about an hour late.
I booked a 8am ride and was told at 8:05am that it was cancelled and I had to take the next bus at 11am. It ruin all my plans and getting my rental on time.
Every thing perfect! The driver was very nice, helpfull, and showed that he really like his job, and the customer matters, which is important. Great experience,
Good customer service (there was a mistake with my reservation thou). The driver was nice. I liked internet on buses. They need USB chargers or outlets
Amazing service and experience. I was just annoyed in the beginning some people were listening to creole in the back but eventually the driver mentioned again that cell phones are prohibited
Driver Rafael's instructions for the ride Orlando-Miami on 19 February were clear and provided both in English and Spanish. There was WiFi on board (while the e-ticket specified there was none). The bus was clean and the air conditioning working and not too cold.
I used to take read coach every time I go to Miami because use to be confortable, but not anymore, they changed the confortables seats, the espace between sits is smaller now, very unconfortable, and they say there is wifi in the bus but is a lie, no wifi at all. Use to be good to travel with red coach, but this time I got desapointed
Nice comfortable seats and friendly staff and driver. But concerned about driver talking on mobile while driving a lot, which nearly caused a collision at one point. Driver also had a bit of road rage against other drivers (although perhaps they deserved it).
Terrible, I was dropped off in the parking lot of a K-Mart. Driver was too lazy to take me to my destination (Miami Airport) because I was the last one. Told me by his own admission.
I was so incredibly disappointed in the lack of communication that the bus no longer picked up from the location stated on our pre-purchased tickets. We were meant to be picked up from IDrive suites and when the bus never arrived, I called bus line and asked where it was and they told me that the bus already left (we had been at the location for 20 minutes before 8am ) so we had to make our own way to the Kissimmee location which was 22 minutes away from where we were, we were told the bus would only wait 10 mins. Will NEVER recommend
The bus being cleaned was the reason provided for delay and it's surprising that there was a used bottle on the seat and my co-passenger found a wallet of someone from previous journey.
All was good. We left Orlando 20 minutes late, not big deal. I wish they gave us more than just 10 minutes when they stopped. Maybe it was because we were 20 minutes late already.
Driver rude and abrupt. Made the journey uncomfortable and the toilet was out of order, driver would not wait for passengers to go the rest room as stated he would not wait if anyone was longer than 15m. WiFi was not working either no screens working. Only had the window to look out of for 5h. Would not use again.
