Wifi did not work. It was very slow so I could not do my work. I had to call my boss to do it for me.
The seat rows were too close to each other and my legs did not fit and kept on hitting the seat in front of me. It was very uncomfortable. Seats did not have trays.
It is good. Could be better, seems that maintenance of details is not happening, for example the emergency windows are noisily and seems just some WD40 can solve easy
The bus station was dirty, smelled, and had homeless people sleeping in many sections. Security was good but I was constantly looking over my shoulder. Ticket person was nice. Bus driver was professional and seemed like he knew what he was doing. He was a no non-sense kind of guy. I liked that. The bus itself wasn’t too comfortable and the WiFi didn’t work, but got us to where we were going.
No reason given for the late departure that put us in bad traffic that the driver never attempted to avoid when everything was announced on gps.
My last redbud.
Great service, they kept us advised about the delay. The biggest issue was that it was an old bus and the seats were badly worn. They were uncomfortable as the padding had hardened.
Horrible customer service bus driver was rude paid for 3 seats for me and my small children and had to ride with my son on my lap the whole way it was the worst experience don’t think I will ever use greyhound again
The bus was overbooked, had to wait for the next one 3 hours later. Even then, we were last in priority to board. Got the last 2 spots. Others had to wait for the following bus. Staff was rude and not helpful.
Best and most satisfying trip ever! Alexander Perez was enthusiastic and amazing! We like clean buses. We don't want messy people along for the ride! Set the right tone for a great bus ride and decent people will come back.
The site needs to explain that the Trip Rail Station Fort Lauderdale International Airport is not the airport but one of the stops at the rail station. Many people were confused
Driver Diana did a great job! Steady driving, very good use of blinkers, good anticipation on what’s happening far ahead of us. Felt safe, and she was very customer friendly.
Please pass on our thanks to Diana!
Great first experience traveling with Greyhound. Greetz, Maria from Canada & Adriana from the Netherlands.
Check in was easy at the counter. Actual coach was clean and comfortable. Driver was good. Redcoach staff did not update us of the departure time, the coach arrived at the station, driver needed a break and a meal and in the end departed 2 hours later than scheduled.
Allowed police officers to enter the bus and ask passengers one by one if they were citizens. Passengers who said no had to show documents, which is illegal on the police and bus’ part. This stop made the bus late to Fort Lauderdale and caused me to have to pay a higher Uber fare.
They canceled my trip on 8.30 and I was sitting in the bus station for the whole night. I am still waiting for 6.00 ambush and not sure if it will be cancelled or not. I want to be taken home
