The ride was fine, there were people clearly intoxicated and under the influence of drugs on the bus causing a commotion and someone was sitting in my assigned seat with their luggage on the seat next to it but they moved when I asked
I don't know if it's the number system or people just sit were they want. But to many this is my seat. Someone was sitting in my seat but it was fine since we were next to each other I guess
The worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Big delay at pick up station due to multiple trains having mechanical issues. One hour into the trip the bus broke down and we were told that a bus was on its way but after three hours of waiting there was no sign of a bus. We tried to get off the bus but it was parked on the side of the highway and we were not allowed to get off. I felt extremely unsafe so close to the traffic and the bus kept shaking from traffic but we still weren’t allowed off. The worst part besides being detained was the lack of communication throughout the entire thing and plain rudeness when we asked. We eventually convinced them to let us off and paid 150 dollars to get an Uber. EXTREMELY disappointed!!!
The bus was late because we got tied up in a car accident, all traffic was stopped until the ambulance left the scene. It wasn’t the driver’s fault. The leather seats are very comfortable along w the leg lifter made the trip easy.
Comfortable bus and driver very helpful. But office staff in Orlando were not very helpful in updating people during the repair, which they originally told us would take 5-10 minutes, but ended up taking almost an hour.
Great service, ran smoothly. If they can drop their prices a little they would be very competitive with car rentals; right now I can usually rent a car for less then the cost of the bus trip.
I feel that your drivers need to be more courteous drivers. Both your shuttle driver and the bus driver were very ready to lay on the horns and seemed to be a little too aggressive. The shuttle driver seemed a little on the unfriendly side but when we arrived at the station on McCoy, he was sure in a flirtatious and happy mood. People notice things like that
I was not told the shuttle from oia was not a redcoach so I missed it and had to take cab. Staff at office was not helpful and said corporate profit was more important than customer service.
Overall very satisfied. A little late getting out of the station and therefore a little late arriving. Seats were spacious and comfortable and the bus was clean.
