It is my opinion that more information need to be related to the traveling public with a kind extension to the lame and other wise impaired. Departures should be clearly announced a headcount should be taken, also when last minute customers are accepted the dispatcher should be notified of said person and look to ensure that they board also the desk clerks could be a little more engaged and not so animated because their jobs is directly related to the traveling public. This is the first World and your service should match your status.
There was a bus available at 5:30 however it boarded people with later tickets and not us. When we finally got on to the bus there was no wifi and no power outlets
First of all we were late due to an accident we made it just in time a few minutes of the bus leaving. The bus driver had the nerve to give us a sermon about what time we needed to be there, and if she did not have to go the office we would miss our ride. Obviously, we can read and accept our fate if the bus left. I would give her a zero for customer service. Secondly, my elderly mother was on tue bus, they had a mechanical problem and got stuck in Baltimore. She was supposed to arrive Union Station at 6:10pm. They were on and off several buses to he taken to Silver Spring Maryland! My family had to drive from Union Station where they were waiting for her now head to Silver Spring. She arrived there at 10:00pm. There were other passengers elders crying due to this horrible circumstance. I do hope there will be better back up and better communication rather than a serious attitude from a grumpy driver herself. Truly disappointed the least to say.
I never got to the bus station despiite spending almost an hour on my lyft that charged me $50 cos we couldnt locate your loading terminal.
I called customer service twice, the couldnt help.
I finally had to stop at the greyhound newark penn station bought another ticket.
Its a waste of time and fund.
pls get the real address and stop this unhelpful direction on the receipt
Very rude and unprofessional staff! This is ridiculous I will not subject myself to such nonsense again. Not only did the bus come late (about 30mins) but it could only take a handful of us. The rest of us were left to imagining when will the “next bus” arrive. The departure was for 1:10 and by 2:30 we were still waiting on a bus to pick us up without any apologies or updates from the staff. I had to board BoltBus for an additional $25 because I had a flight to catch after giving $34 to Greyhound.
Extremely late. Lack of updates to the customers at Newark. We were all just waiting on the sidewalk in Newark and had no idea when we should expect a bus to come
The bus kept breaking down on our way to DC. We finally arrived in Baltimore and had to get on an old gray hound but that had no ac. arrived in DC and was late for work.
I was very concerned someone in the bus didn't show his I. D. And that was not good because we didn't even know inreality he could have been someone dangerous
Over all its nice but had poor wifi connection, and bus routing given on the schedual was a non-stop but it had about 2 or 3 stops in b/n to board other passengers. Thanks
I couldn't find the bus pick up location. There were no signs, no one standing outside to help anyone. Myself and another bus passenger raced around everywhere to find the bus and I was early - thankfully the other passenger found the bus-found me and waved me over otherwise I would have missed the bus.
The ride itself was a very pleasant experience. The bus was very clean and well-ventilated. The free water was a nice touch. The driver was friendly and drove safely. Finding the bus stop was a different story. The address on the ticket led me to believe that the bus pickup location was AT Penn Station, when it was not. The pickup location is actually ADJACENT to Penn Station. The bus stop is located at Raymond Street EAST between Ferry Street and Edison Place. I arrived at the bus station 30 mins before my departure time, but almost missed my bus because I didn't have this important detail. The person at the Information Desk inside Penn Station had no idea where or what an OurBus was. Please print this information ON THE TICKET ITSELF.
Aweful service bus got delayed 3 times and I had to fight to get on a 5pm bus instead of the 1:10 I had schedule I will never use greyhound again ever I rather ride in bolt or megabus
The bus was 3 hours late on arrival and they almost made us get out of the current bus to go on another one that would have taken even longer to arrive
