The bus had a problem with something but was there on time. The bus left out 20 minutes later but overall we arrived on time. I will use them again, a ride was smooth and I slept all the way.
I Will Ride Again, My Driver Was Great, Nice Smooth Ride. Best Bus Experience I've Had In A While, If Ever. I Will Recommend To Friends And Family... 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
30+ mins late. Had to leave the line because I was counting on being in Atlantic city on time. Maybe it was delayed even longer thats how long i've waited for
I was pleasantly surprised by Port Authority having assumed it would be like Penn Station. The information booth was right up front and very efficient. The bus was easy to find. The restaurant options were good and everything was clean and followed safety protocol. The bus was comfortable. I appreciated the power plugs. The station was walking distance to the hotel. The bus driver was very nice and helpful.
Very good and quick service. However, our driver was super rude and wanted absolute quiet on the bus which I feel is unreasonable. Other than that particular driver, the service was great.
The bus ac was not working and the interior temperature was over 95 before the driver decided to use the roof ventilation. Not only was the bus not checked for good operation before service, the passengers nearly had to mutiny before being heard. The only option offered was to turn the bus around and go back to nyc 1/2 way to the destination. Fii I Bally the roof ventilation made us cold but it was bearable.
Curious and informative driver's. She answered questions and was patient and Professional. The driver, she made the ride comfortable and relaxing. Thankful customer!
This was a horrible trip. The bus left at 11am, imstead of 10:30. We arrived in Atlantic City after 3pm. I did not receive a bonus, so I had to use my own money initially, to use the casino.
Finally, the tickets were overpriced for inferior service.
As a result, my trip to Atlantic City was horrible!
The bus was disgusting and hot- I had to sit in the back row and the engine underneath of me was definitely not properly functioning which made the floor of the bus burning hot, my bag started to melt and I burnt myself when I felt the floor. I also almost passed out multiple times throughout the ride since it was so hot and delayed.
Bus was 2 hours late. Standing in a line and no information no customer service. Very disorganized. 11AM bus was boarding at 1pm. Even the police was there to calm down the crowd
I am absolutely disappointed in how disorganized the bus station was. We were waiting in a huge crowd of people, confused as to where our actual bus stop location was and there were zero employees to guide us. Our bus was delayed by two whole hours and there was no place to sit or breathe frankly— just a crowd of unhappy people because this company couldn’t get their job done right. Will never travel with Greyhound again.
This was a rarity but I was standing in line an hour thats ridiculous though it was probably due to the weather I think they should reach out and give a discount or something for the next trip.
The bus didn’t have a driver for almost 2 hours and the staff were slow, didn’t communicate with us and were incredibly rude. I will never give Greyhound my money again.
The bus dropped us off at the casino and I assumed that going back it would pick us up from the casino only to find out that it left from the Atlantic city bus station but there's no location on the ticket. There should be an address included on the ticket. We missed the 6am bus because of this and had to pay an extra $20 to reschedule for the 645am bus. The ride was fine but there definitely should be more clarity on the ticket like the address or location of departure. There is none.
First time I travel with Greyhound, I liked the leather seats! We arrived in 2 hours, no delays, tried to log into the wi-fi but couldn’t, didn’t need to though, I read most of the way, since I wasn’t sleepy!
