In New Jersey management needs to update there online booking as to where customers should go to take the bus it was confusing on Saturday 04/02/2022 That the pick up spot has change so passengers were at Fellowship Rd in Mount Laurel and the pick up spot was at the Clarion hotel.
I got to my destination, but waiting in line to get onto the bus an hour and 10 minutes past the departure time with no explanation from the staff was terrible.
Only main complaint is that the bus arrived in Philadelphia over 30 minutes later than the time stated on my ticket - a major inconvenience for my travel plans.
Drivers need to enforce no loud conversations on the bus. I sat quietly working on the bus. However, there was a passenger with my same race speaking loudly for the entire trip. When we arrived in Philly, the driver asked me if I was the one speaking loudly on my phone for entire trip. I told him, “no, it was not me.” It was offensive for him to assume it was simply because I was black and the other person speaking loudly was black. If he had a problem with the other passenger speaking loudly, he should have said so in the moment, en route. This was actually offensive since he has the authority to tell passengers to stop speaking loudly. Do better, Peter Pan.
Very satisfied. Greyhound has redeemed themselves! Nothing like my last ride on Greyhound to Virginia which was deplorable! Thanks for the service I've previously experienced!
I believe the drivers make the name. Drivers are professional, give information needed. Also, in a polite way correct passengers that disrespect the bus. I'm appreciative.
From start to finish, booking my trip was easy. The bus always boarded before departure time. The ride is very smooth and relaxing. Getting to your destination has never been quicker. I was once an avid greyhound passenger, after riding Peter pan one time, I was addicted to the drug of Peter pan.
The bus ride it self was good.
Now the gate, lines and space to stand while waiting for the bus was extremely HORRIBLE & BEYOND UNORGANIZED!!!
Something has to definitely be done about that ASAP!!!
Other than bus leave on time etc , my problem is the price to re book an ticket, if an customer arrives late .remember it's difficult times now , with the pandemic etc .
The only thing I didn't like is that I had to get online to get my ticket bcus the machines weren't working to print out my ticket and I almost missed my bus.
Affordable fares, at a convenient time. Booking was easy, and electronic ticketing even better. I was surprised that the staff just looked on at boarding when passengers had luggage to store in the hold. Even if not assisting passengers, I thought they might manage the process so bags were stored quickly, or safely, or stacked more efficiently.
Super nice driver. Navigated the roads well and safely.
Seats were somewhat worn and our outlet didn't work to charge our phones.
Still satisfied with overall experience and would consider riding again if I needed.
My round trip to Phila. from NYC was entirely satisfactory. The arrival in Phila. was actually 15 min. early, and the return arrived exactly on time. The rides were both smooth and uneventful. The driver to Phila. was especially helpful in pointing me to where I wanted to go and in helping me off the bus. Both buses were available for boarding well before departure, and both were clean. I hope my future trips on Bolt will be as pleasant.
The 1: 00 bus didn't depart NYC until 2:45.
My 2:00 bus left at 3:25.
The passengers for the 3:00 bus were mixed in with the 1:00 and 2:00 passengers. Information was scarce.
My friend and I were very satisfied about the bus ride. Just two little points there was no AC and it was hot and bad air inside and the bus was not so clean
