We were in the last row in the upper floor. The temperature in that part of the bus was around 35 degrees Celsius. Furthermore, the bus was late so it was speeding during the last hour.
I was not allowed to travel because of my nationality. Despite being in South America for 4 months, they said I am European and therefore have Coronavirus
The stuff was very friendly. But compared to my last 3 months in Southamerica I had better buses. The aircondition was too cold!! There were no toiletpaper in the toilet, no charger for the phone, no food (there were always food and some softdrinks in the last trips)
Bus departed 4 hours later than scheduled and there were few facilities where we were waiting. The Flechabus representative couldn't tell us how late the just would arrive. When it did arrive there was no info provided (in any language) about how few stops there would be to eat something over the 12 hours. Bus itself had some minor problems like USB sockets not working, not able to adjust volume for the speakers
I selected ejecutivo class om your web page only to to find semi cama on my ticket. The bus was not clean, aircondition way too cold, so cold my neck muscles became sore. Noissy video's were played on the tv passed 12 o clock at night. Even though we selected a direct tickets we had to change busses at 07:00 The time we should have arrived at salta.
easy transfer between Salta and Cafayate. unfortunately, aircon broke down just after we left the city. nevertheless, the driver behaved perfectly and we got to the destination with shortest possible delay. just wished it didn't happen at all 😉
The bus was 2,5 h delayed. My seat was quite dirty and messy, probably from the person before me. Also the air conditioning was dripping water, so my baggage down in the trunk was really wet when I received it again. Very disappointing journey.
Flecha bus is the worst company I had in Argentina. I would not recommend it. The bus was disgusting, packed with mosquitos inside. The aircon somehow was not on during the day but full on at night...and the best is that my seat seemed to be broken so I could not even recline it correctly. Was also supposed to be direct but somehow they transferred me to another bus at the end. No toilet paper or soap in it...
The host lady who was working on the bus was amazing. She was constantly cleaning and looked after the less abled passengers on the bus really well. She was a 5* employee!
The bus arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes later. The bathroom was dirty since the begining and the paper towel finished in the middle of the trip
The bus just did 1 stop in 19 hours, and in a horrible restaurant in the middle of nothing, tbs bus driver was so rude on speaking, the wifi never worked inside the bus.
Good trip. The only inconvenience: the bus stopped only twice on a 20 hours trip and one of them was on a crowdy restaurant where, actually, we didn't get the time to eat. For the rest, ok!
No food, no blankets-(aircon on full blast at times), blue lights on over seats at all times, no toilet paper.
Only stopped once for supplies and only cash accepted at both kiosks.
Staff were v helpful and patient especially as we have v limited spainish and had to change buses at a certain point.
printing a ticket was a lot of effort and the bus stopped many times to pick up people that needed to stand in the bus, but at least the busdriver was nice
No meals were provided. My first seat was broken so I changed and secon seat cell charger was broken so changed again and reached buenos aires almost 4hrs late. 2pm instead of 11:30am
The bus had large, comfortable leather seats that reclined 160°, so I could sleep a bit at night. Food was the usual ham-cheese-sandwich and some crackers.
The service and the sits in the omnibus were good. The only thing I couldn’t understand that all the time we were forced to watch bad american movies. So I had to use the earphones to eliminate the sound
Nice bus ride in a clean bus with comfy seats and perfect temperature (a bit on the cold side, so have as weather ready if your prone to be cold). The scenery is amazing!!
The staff, especially the woman attendant, were outstanding. One of the best staff I have ever seen. The bus did not come with phone chargers and the airconditioning was at first making everyone sick by being too strong and then stopped working.
Good bus journey. Has a video screen which was not so loud to disturb on this occasion. Food provided a hot meal, pizza piece cake and bread- was all very average. Staff member seemed very keen to get food out and then clear up. Easy to sleep and comfortable.
In an age of independent entertainment, there was a video blaring out for the first few hours which as far I could see no one was watching. It was difficult to read or do anything with that level of noise. Food provided and seats comfortable. No toilet for whole journey was poor.
