It’s not bad but it could use improvement. Some of the stations were clean and others were incredibly filthy.
Station address needs updated. The address provided in the email was to a station that was closed and we had to pay additional cost to get to the correct station for pickup. Barely made it in time. The driver was very nice
0/10. The bus never came and was apparently canceled although no email or notice was sent to update us or share this information. There was no greyhound staff at the station and they were unable to be reached through the phone. All the people at the station who had been expecting this bus with purchased ticket and no indication otherwise were left in the lurch and made to buy an additional ticket but through amtrack to continue the trip. Utterly disgraceful and disappointing
Tbh the driver was friendly to me but got very easily frustrated due to some passengers normal behavior and he lashed out to them (and they were on the bus with him till LA…) they sat in the first rows but as there were no signs stating that they had to be free they didn’t know better. Then the lady asked how she could adjust the chair and then he really went for it and compared her party with children and how they behave better than them and he threatened to take them off the bus?? They were really friendly people and just had two questions.. I knew to not be of frustration so I kept fully quiet and to myself. The second part of the trip was not operated by greyhound and it had not been shared with me so that gave some trouble as I was not sure how to do the second leg. However the bus driver of the local bus 17 which ran that leg on behalf of greyhound made up for everything. Very comfortable bus and a smooth ride into Santa Cruz :-)
This is a disaster. The first bus was an hour late and caused me to miss the connection. Then the next bus was 24 hours later, so I tried a bus going the same way and it is going to be hours late. No bus no driver no room at the inn.
I was given the wrong pick up address and then I missed my bus, the pick up location changed, and it was a challenge to get to the real pick up location on time- so I missed the greyhound bus.
The bus was 3hours late setting off then broke down we sat on the bus five hours waiting for it to be fixed it wasn’t even a greyhound bus not happy with this service Maria
The bus driver was late. He was meant to collect us at 12.10 and just sat there for ages refusing to let us get on. Then, instead of letting the huge queue of paying customers on the bus on time, he refused and instead went to collect other customers from the casinos before returning to let us get on. An hour later than the scheduled time. We had to wait in the sun, with homeless and drug dealers harassing us, while the supervisor basically ignored us and ate her lunch. There were some old people in the queue struggling with standing in the heat. No water was offered. Then, on the journey the driver stopped on the hard shoulder to open the emergency roof windows. I am not sure why, but he scared my son. He was rude and quite frankly mentally not in the right state to drive a bus of people. The supervisor was useless. The bus station is filthy. All the staff are rude. I expected much better from this apparently esteemed company. Disgusted.
the bus was supposed to leave Knoxville at 7:10 pm but left at 10:00 pm. We didn't know when the bus would leave, we got a lot of stress. In addition, there is no bus station building in Knoxville and we were on the street all this time. Since the bus left late, I missed my bus from Nashville to Chicago. and instead of arriving in Chicago at 8:35 am, I arrived at 1:00 pm.
I wrote to the support service, I wanted to return the ticket due to the bus being late and fly by plane, but they answered me with automatic messages.

and I also didn’t like that they woke me up and kicked me off the bus at every stop
My bus broke down in Norman not even 20 minutes from departure location we were put off the bus to sit in front of papa John's an 7 eleven in the heat for 5 hours. Ridiculous. Nobody could help on the hotline an out driver was asleep on the bus. Kept saying it wasn't that hot 102 degrees an climbing acted like it was no big deal
We had to change busses at New York terminal. Our departure to Newark was almost 3 hours late. While waiting for the bus, we were not informed about anything. We had no idea what was going on and how long it would take. The staff answered all questions with ‘we don’t know’ and when we asked again, they threatened us with not accepting us on the bus if we would bother them again. Eventually, we arrived at Newark Penn Station at 6:30 pm instead of 2:50 pm. The staff at New York terminal was disinterested and at times even rude. A horrible experience.
The bus delay at baltimore and manager didn't gave us accurate information on when the will come fix the bus.I end up taking uber to philadelphia. My first experience with greyhound extremely not good.
I love there service. I do wish to have a bus take me to the airport though. I had to pay a taxicab $75 to take me from downtown Chicago to Midway airport
My truck broke down and I have to leave the truck at service center and I was clueless how to come back to Dallas (Rockwall). I just ggogled and found BUDBUS. The trip was excellent very helpful Derivers.
I was waiting at the station for 2 hours and no one announced why there was a delay. It way too overpriced for a service like that. I am extremely dissatisfied with the trip and would recommend to absolutely no one
Very bad for my situation, cancelled my journey till 24hrs. Missed my appointments, stucked in Pittsburgh, not from this city. its a bad experience for me.
