The bus driver was a wonderful gentleman, very nice and polite…great driver too !!!
The price of the ticket was reasonable. Ride was comfortable. Left Ottawa on time and reached Montreal on time. The driver was polite. Overall nice experience.
Two buses came. The first indicated clearly that it’s destination was Montreal Dorval airport. The second one, the one I took had its notice board completely blank. Myself , including all other passengers had to inquire where it was going, causing a bit of confusion. That is not serious. This the first time I have taken the bus instead of the train since the bus station was at Catherine st. I would like to voice my disappointment to the municipality that for the capital of Canada, it is a shame that it does not have a main bus station. Passengers must stand like at a regular municipal bus stop with luggage and barely a place to move on a small slab of cement not very well protected from the elements, in line awaiting boarding the bus. I am disappointed and
not impressed.
I’m from the U.K., loved the wifi en route. All worked really well and was able to look up my route to my hotel on the bus which was great and only a 5 minute walk. My friend was supposed to drop me off but injured his leg so we made a last minute booking which couldn’t have been easier. Thanks
I was sitting between unmasked people, even the driver didn't bother to put his mask on. What a shame, definitely the last time I book with this company!
Was told to go to the wrong quai. Luckily a great driver allowed us on the second bus heading in the same direction. Had he not, we would've been stranded hours away from home.
Really liked it, nice staff, but no announcements in English and that would have been helpful. It was very comfortable and clean, just a bit too cold because of the a/c, but a great trip anyway, would recommend it.
The driver stopped the bus in the middle of now where in the pouring rain because the windshield wipers were squeaking. He had no tools on board so we had to wait for over an hour for a mechanic. The driver did not communicate with the passengers so we were literally left in the dark to figure out what was going on. As a result we were almost 2 hours late arriving in Montreal.
As far as the time is concerned, it’s not an issue as road traffic can affect the departure and arrival. Hence, I have no problems at all. The driver was marvellous, he was so helpful and was giving every single passenger his time ( 5 star). Actually, he guided us on where to walk down the bus in Quebec City. The only problem we had is that there’s were no signs illustrating the exact departure door at the station nor was there a digital sign mentioning the city of Quebec so we had ask the other passengers whether we were at the right place or not.
Staff were friendly and patient. Bus left a few minutes late but arrived 30-45 minutes later than the scheduled arrival time. Had a few people on the bus ride who appeared to be on some sort of drug as they were acting erratically which made me feel uneasy. There was also a point where the bus smelled of marijuana. The actual drive was smooth and in control.
Yeah just really late, I wasn’t aware that the bus was stopping by the airport first and traffic was terrible. It’s no ones fault, but did not expect to be that late.
Great experience, we missed our bus because of a flight delay and the staff modified the ticket for us. Also the bus seats were very comfortable, way better to take the bus and see the beautiful views
The only complaint I have is that there were no instructions anywhere or how to get to the bus area and the airport signage is confusing. Two airport staff directed me to the shuttle area because they were confused too. I waited there for 1/2 hr before realizing I was in the wrong spot. Would be nice to give specific instructions of where the waiting area is.
It was very good but when we arrived I needed a few second to choose between my stops, but the driver told me he can’t wait.
I know it’s my fault and I have to decide before but I’m new here and I don’t have experience and it costs me 1h and half delay to arrive my destination
On time but drivers seem very impatient with other drivers on the road and agressive driving and turning and braking…drivers seem under pressure and expected to be on time but wow slow down and don’t be such an aggressive driver
Very impressed. First time using. Spacious and clean with good wifi and GREAT time. Arrived early to Ottawa for departure and we got to Kirkland right on time. I’ll definitely be using again
